We want you to love your crochet products, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, may not be eligible for return.

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

We take great care to ensure all products are in perfect condition before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
